We all want to live to the fullest. It’s the American Dream. Not just survive... but thrive. Not an easy accomplishment since we are continuously bombarded with grave statistics.
It’s no secret Americans are facing a health crisis. We spend over $50 billion a year on diet and weight loss programs, yet continue to be the unhealthiest country. Heart disease, diabetes and cancer are at epidemic rates. How can we avoid these modern day plaques?
Keep it super simple
The answer is easier then we could have imagined. It's not a magic pill and no amount of chanting or wand waving can bring us good inner and outer health. In one word, clean.
Clean living, Clean thoughts and Clean foods.
It’s beyond a holistic approach; it’s a basic philosophy of balance.

Avoid the hazards of processed and packaging, choose foods close to the way nature intended. Additives, chemicals and toxins in these foods add to physiological imbalance, lack of clarity in our thinking and a decline in overall quality ofliving.
Fruit first. Nature provided these sweet edibles packed with an array of vitamins and minerals. It's the original super food and is convenient & delicious.
Eat your veggies, the original anti-oxidants. There are more cancer fighting nutrients and heart healthy protection in your salad then in any over the counter bottle of promises.
Maintain an alkaline PH balance. Eat fresh produce in season. Limit stimulants.
Choose protein plant sources like Kale, Spinach and beans.
Eliminate animal products, for you and earth. Take dairy out of diet, leave it for baby cows.
Avoid HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) it is linked to chronic illnesses, antibiotics and environmental toxins.
Incorporate calcium sources from greens, seeds and nuts. Consume mostly organic non -genetically modified foods.
Hydrate… keep that water flowing.
Eat foods high in nutrient density.
Keep low fats foods on the menu.
Get a daily dose of Vitamin D “the sunshine” vitamin.
Breathe in deeply while supplying your cells with vital oxygen.
Rest and rejuvenate to give your body proper recovery time.
